I think there’s a bug where you can’t complete the vehicles. If you’re on console the vehicles are the jeep, hanglider, jetski, boat and quad. If the hanglider doesn’t work try the jeep with a mounted turret. Yes I was on PC. I think I tried using all vehicles but I'm not actually sure about the quad though.

I can set the game to fullscreen in the options, and even use Alt+Enter to do it, but it never saves that setting when I quit. Every time I boot up the game, it's in windowed mode again, so I have to change it to fullscreen every time.
