EDIT - Found a fix that’s constantly giving me 90-120 FPS - little to no stuttering @ 1440p Epic settings (at least for now). I updated to latest nvidia drivers and turned off nvidia g-sync. I also turned my monitor’s FreeSync setting to off. This seems to have fixed the stuttering at least temporarily. Hope that helps!
Random stutters and freezes in Forza Horizon 4. Forza PC. Hi, i'm encountering constant stutters and low gpu usage while playing the game. I moved the game to my SSD but the issue is still there. The game will randomly stutter for a moment and occassionally even freeze for half a second. The freezes are much more common in loading screens.
This isn't an issue on PC due to hardware or the game being up to date. It is an issue with the game and it's coding. It's a problem on console and it is a problem on PC. There was more or less the same issue when it came to Red Dead Redemption 2's launch on PC and there was no fix until a gpu driver released along with a patch for the game.

I've lost count of how many times I've reinstalled windows of this, upgraded my bios, upgraded/changed parts, changed outlets, changed PSUs, changed RAM, and recently I finally changed back to Intel

Not sure why but the game ran fine originally but I downloaded it again yesterday and it’s performance is so bad, I’m getting 144 fps but it’s stuttering like crazy and not sure how to fix. i have the same problem, I kinda solved it by turning off the render scaling or something like that on settings, hope this helps.
