Realize that Atmosphere/sigpatches/tinfoil don't support v15.0 and what is out there is pre-release (if available at all) Post here for help. Realize you're screwed for a couple of weeks, and sulk. TLDR - don't do step 1. cliiant.
If chips are supplied I would install for a lot cheaper then $85. That’s a rip. I do complete repairs of Nintendo switches, finding and buying broken V1 switches, fixing them and selling them at the microscopic repaired level and typically I sell a full repaired V1 for 200 bucks unless it was some ridiculous repair job.
I wouldn’t get a used V1 since the battery will be significantly degraded. I would advocate for the V2 to save money (on battery replacement). If you’re strapped for cash, then I wouldn’t bother with the OLED just for the screen.ZLCsk.
