try reseting the computer by unhooking the battery for 15 min. did they check the idle air control vavle.that isnt normal my g650x starts first time every time. even in 30 degree weather. it is in a unheated garage and trickle charged every night. ive heard the battery can also cause strange stuff to happen. #3.
